CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost and are non-transferable to another person. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will result in a loss of deposit. Same-day rescheduling may be permitted once with notice, based on availability. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Arriving 15 minutes or more late without notice will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A “no call / no show” will result in the loss of your deposit. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, or show visible cold/flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. For everyone’s safety, services may be declined if you arrive ill. Rescheduling due to sickness with at least 12 hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment. Please plan your transportation ahead of time to ensure timely arrival. Parking availability may vary—arrive early to allow extra time. A restroom is available for client use before or after services only, not during. Please notify your esthetician before service start if you may need a break. To maintain a calm and private environment, no extra guests, partners, or children are permitted in the treatment area. 1 guest may wait outside the suite or in designated areas if applicable.
